A European Bio-Regulatory Approach to Health
Regulation is the appropriate fluctuation between the two branches of the Autonomic Nervous System, the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems. This is a function of the body that we don’t have to think about similar to immune responses, heart rate, respiration, blood pressure and the burning of calories for energy; all aspects directed through the autonomic nervous system. This is one of the first areas of the body to show dysfunction when it becomes overloaded with toxic metals, chemicals, old immune challenges, food sensitivities, scars on the skin and emotional stress.
When this system becomes blocked or fixed and no longer fluctuates, symptoms of illness or disease begin to have an opportunity to manifest. Addressing the regulation of the body is the first step in restoring, maintaining and enhancing the body's ability to function at its best and maintain optimal health.
